Andy Hogg, an Associate Consultant of 360 Degree People Limited, is an IT Specialist with proven teaching and technical skills gained during the twenty four years he has worked within the IT Industry.
A married man with 3 children, Sheffield based Andy is a keen sports enthusiast who enjoys spending time with his family, keeping fit, reading comic novels, walking his Great Dane and listening to music.
A graduate of De Montfort University, prior to joining 360 Degree People, Andy was a Senior Consultant within the Siemens Group where he specialised in providing technical and end-user training, running courses throughout Europe. He brings this wealth of knowledge to 360, combining a unique, friendly and focussed training style with the ability to recognise the skill levels of the students and to tailor the training to meet each student’s specific requirements.
Andy’s method of IT training has been described as “IT Coaching”, with the emphasis being placed on the student to perform all the tasks, under Andy’s careful guidance. This style of teaching is entirely appropriate to 360 Degree’s coaching ethos, either through 1-to-1 or group sessions, and allows each of the courses to be entirely flexible, thus ensuring a maximum return on investment.
Andy complements the 360 Degree People portfolio of behavioural coaching and development by providing solutions for the management of time by delivering highly practical training in the use of Microsoft Outlook. In addition, Andy provides a unique analysis of a company’s training requirements in the form of a Business Benefit “Training Needs Analysis” which leads to IT Training, specifically geared to meet the company’s needs.
