“Creative Decision Making” provides delegates with a range of learning opportunities to enable the development of the skills and behaviours essential for effective facilitation, creative thinking and active listening to maximise engagement with others and gain greater success in problem solving and decision making. More specifically this course examines:
• The principles and practice of robust facilitation and group work.
• The concept of a Thinking Environment™ and its applications for more creative decision making, listening and problem solving.
• Different approaches of lateral thinking
