This training forms part of the seminars and workshops programme for established businesses provided by Business Link Yorkshire funded by Yorkshire Forward. Both “Who’s Stealing Your Time?” and “Effective Delegation and Empowerment” continue to evaluate exceptionally well, providing delegates with a personalised approach to developing their skills and behaviours.

Using a range of well respected methodologies we engaged with the team to examine their working styles and their business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. The output of this work was the formulation of a team owned action plan to enhance their business activities.

The NHS is undergoing massive change. Locally the PCT’s potential lateral alignment with other providers will inevitably impact on the front line provision of services to the community. 360° Degree People is working with a service of integrated health care teams in Rotherham to help support the teams to develop their readiness for change. The work comprises the delivery of a suite of development workshops and group coaching sessions where staff can create plans to proactively meet the future challenges personally and professionally.

SheffCare is a not for profit organisation providing social care services for elderly people in Sheffield. Whilst the delivery of this care is currently wholly residential the landscape of social care delivery is changing and thus the strategy of SheffCare is in a state of change. 360° Degree People is working with the senior staff in SheffCare support them through a process of coaching and training to improve their managerial capacity and capability to meet these new challenges.

Forward Ladies is a Yorkshire Forward developed organisation whose mission is “ Promoting and celebrating the engagement and participation of women in economic success by enabling women to be more confident in life and business through knowledge, contacts, support and friendship.” 360° Degree People works alongside Forward Ladies to help them achieve their mission by delivering talks and workshops to groups of Forward Ladies at their events across Yorkshire. 360° Degree People creates opportunities during these sessions to enable women to build their confidence and effectiveness by learning new skills and mindsets.

Leslie Cass (Jewellers) Limited is a family run retail business supplying high quality jewellery to the Sheffield high street. Following a significant refurbishment and rebranding exercise, 360° Degree People were approached by the managing director to support the development of its people processes so that they aligned more efficiently with the business vision. 360° Degree People provided a series of executive coaching sessions for senior management and successfully supported them through a challenging resourcing programme.
