Pat is a highly experienced executive coach, trainer and Organisation Development practitioner with a successful track record for delivering high profile coaching and development programmes in both the private and public sectors across the UK including the NHS, Government Office, the Voluntary, Community and faith sector, utilities and the defence industry. She specialises in working with individuals and organisations to build capacity and drive forward effectiveness through bringing together the client’s specialist technical capabilities and positive behavioural changes to improve performance and enhance accountability.

Using a range of evidence-based organisation development tools, her style is practical, intuitive and engaging.
