The objectives for this course are:
To understand and reflect upon how your personality preferences, style and behaviours impact on your capacity to manage the time that you have available to you.
Specifically the workshop:
Examines the personal drivers that motivate you to operate in a particular work style.
Considers how you absorb information and process it on the way to action by assessing your preferred learning style.
Analyses your approach to managing conflict and negotiation and the resulting implications for the efficient management of time.
Considers what the heart of effective personal management is and encourages you to analyse where you are currently placing your energies.
To identify specific tools and practices to improve your abilities and motivation to manage the time you have.
To formulate a simple personal action plan to support you to adopt more effective practices and behaviours in order to achieve a balance of Production/Production Capability.
